If you have experience in aircraft logistics processes or are eager to learn and grow in the sector, your responsibilities will include:

• Organizing the delivery of aircraft parts, materials, tools, and equipment for working projects, managing both import and export processes.
• Ensuring cost-effective purchases of parts and equipment.
• Coordinating the method, time, and terms of delivery with external vendors.
• Monitoring delivery progress and managing critical situations during transport.
• Serving as a main point of contact for logistics-related issues, managing escalations, and providing feedback to teams.
• Generating reports on client requirements, budget adherence, project material consumption, etc.
• Maintaining archives and reporting on order and tool loan statuses.
• Handling, classifying, validating, and archiving transport documents and invoices.
• Updating relevant information in the ERP system.
• Participating in the improvement of current logistics processes.
